This page describes how you can raise a concern, file a complaint, or exercise your rights regarding our services or your personal data. It is published in compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules 2021") and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

2. Purpose

We want every person who uses Unlock Truth to have a clear, well-defined way to raise a concern and to have that concern heard by a named human. The Grievance Officer is the single point of contact for:

  • Complaints about the service, content, or user experience.
  • Data protection requests under the DPDP Act (access, correction, erasure, portability).
  • Reports of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Questions or disputes about payments, subscriptions, Credits, or refunds.
  • Any other issue where you would like a formal written response from our team.

3. Appointed Grievance Officer

In accordance with the IT Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act, we have appointed the following Grievance Officer. Any user or affected person may contact the Grievance Officer directly.

4. Types of grievances we handle

The Grievance Officer can help you with, among other things:

  • Privacy and data protection — requests to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data; questions about how we use your data; suspected data breaches.
  • Content concerns — content that you believe is unlawful, misleading, infringes your intellectual property, or violates our policies.
  • Payments and billing — disputes about charges, unauthorised transactions, subscription renewals, or refund requests.
  • Account access — problems signing in, account recovery, suspensions, or account deletion.
  • Third-party issues — concerns about how a third-party service (such as Razorpay, Apple, Google, Clerk, or OpenAI) has behaved while integrated with Unlock Truth.
  • Accessibility — difficulty using the App with assistive technologies.

5. How to file a grievance

You can file a grievance by email at Growth@Indryaa.com, or by post to the registered office address above. To help us respond quickly and correctly, please include the following:

  • Your full name.
  • Your contact details (email address and, optionally, phone number).
  • The email address registered to your Account, if any.
  • A clear description of the grievance and what you would like us to do.
  • The date(s) on which the issue occurred.
  • Any supporting evidence — screenshots, links, transaction IDs, correspondence, or documents — that help explain the issue.
  • If you are filing on behalf of another person, please also include proof of authorisation.

Anonymous grievances can be difficult to investigate fairly, so we encourage identified submissions. We treat every grievance and the information you share with it confidentially.

6. Service level commitments

Our service-level commitments are aligned with the timelines prescribed by the IT Rules 2021 and, where applicable, the DPDP Act:

  • Acknowledgement within 48 hours. We acknowledge receipt of every grievance within 48 hours of it reaching the Grievance Officer.
  • Resolution within 15 business days. We aim to resolve and issue a written response on every grievance within 15 business days of receipt.
  • If a grievance is particularly complex and needs more time, we will explain why and share an indicative timeline with you.

7. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with how a grievance has been resolved, you may escalate it as follows:

  • Internal review. Write to Together@Indryaa.com requesting an internal review. A different senior member of our team will re-examine the matter.
  • Data Protection Board of India. Once notified and operational, the Data Protection Board of India will be the statutory appellate body for grievances under the DPDP Act. You may approach the Board in accordance with the rules notified by the Government of India.
  • Grievance Appellate Committee. Under the IT Rules 2021, users may also appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee established by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Details of the Committee and its filing procedure are published on the official Government of India portal.

You always retain the right to seek remedies through the competent courts in New Delhi, as set out in our Terms of Service.

8. Our commitments to you

When you raise a grievance, we commit to:

  • Treat you with respect and hear you fairly, without prejudgement.
  • Keep your grievance and any supporting information confidential, sharing it only with those inside our team who need to act on it.
  • Not retaliate in any way for filing a grievance in good faith — your access to the App, your Account, or your data will not be adversely affected because you spoke up.
  • Apply the law and our internal policies consistently, whichever user or employee is involved.
  • Continuously improve the product and our processes based on the patterns we see in grievances.

9. Response format

Our final response on a grievance will be provided in writing (by email) and will typically include:

  • A brief restatement of the grievance as we understood it.
  • A summary of the steps we took to investigate.
  • Our findings and reasoning.
  • The outcome — for example, a refund, a content action, a correction of data, a policy update, or an explanation of why no action is needed.
  • Information on how you can request a review if you remain dissatisfied.
