The rules for using Unlock Truth.

1. Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Unlock Truth ("we", "us", "our", or "the App"), a Vedic astrology and life-guidance platform available at unlocktruth.app and through our mobile applications. Unlock Truth is owned and operated by Indryaa E-Wellness Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U52100DL2022PTC398824, GSTIN: 07AAGCI6786C1ZD), with its registered office at C-41, Basement Floor, Nangal Dewat, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi — 110070, India.
By creating an account, installing the App, or otherwise using any part of our services, you represent and agree that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you are competent to contract under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, (c) you have read and understood these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, and (d) you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Unlock Truth is not intended for minors. If we determine that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following capitalised words have the meanings given below:
- "Account" — the personal account you create to access the App.
- "Satya Pro" — our recurring subscription plan that unlocks premium features.
- "Credits" — pre-paid units you can purchase to unlock one-time features such as AI questions, extended timelines, Muhurta reports, or palm readings.
- "Content" — all text, graphics, charts, AI responses, reports, audio, and other material made available through the App.
- "User Content" — anything you create, upload, or submit through the App, including journal entries, reflections, and saved profiles.
- "Third-Party Services" — external services we rely on, such as Clerk, Razorpay, Apple, Google, and Anthropic.
3. Account creation and accuracy
To access most features you must create an Account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
You may only hold one Account per person. Sharing login credentials, transferring an Account to another person, or creating multiple Accounts to circumvent limits or promotions is prohibited. Choose a strong password and keep it confidential. Notify us immediately at Together@Indryaa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Because Vedic astrology depends on precise birth data, we ask you to enter accurate date, time, and place of birth. Inaccurate inputs will produce inaccurate readings. We are not responsible for the quality of guidance produced from incorrect inputs you provide.
4. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree to use Unlock Truth only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other users and our team. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the App or our APIs.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically download Content using automated means.
- Use the App to build, train, benchmark, or evaluate any competing astrology, AI, or divination product.
- Impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create a false identity.
- Upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the security of our infrastructure or networks.
- Exploit bugs, abuse promotional credits, chain referral accounts, or use stolen payment instruments.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App, Content, or Credits without our written consent.
Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
5. Subscription — Satya Pro
Satya Pro is our premium subscription plan. When you subscribe you gain access to premium Vedic astrology features (such as advanced Kundli analysis, unlimited Jyotish Guru conversations within your tier, detailed Dasha timelines, Muhurta scoring, and priority support) for the period you pay for.
Auto-renewal. Satya Pro is sold on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period through Razorpay (or through Apple In-App Purchases / Google Play Billing where applicable), using the payment method you authorised at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Account settings or, for App Store and Play Store subscriptions, from the relevant store's subscription manager. Once cancelled, you will continue to enjoy Satya Pro until the end of the paid period, after which the subscription will lapse and no further charges will be made.
Renewal reminder. We send a reminder email at least 48 hours before an upcoming renewal so that you can review and cancel if you wish.
Price changes. If we change the price of Satya Pro, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app before the new price applies. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
Refunds on subscriptions. Because access is delivered immediately on payment, subscription fees for periods already commenced are non-refundable. We do not pro-rate partial months. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Credits — one-time purchases
In addition to Satya Pro, you may purchase Credits that unlock specific one-time features such as additional AI questions with the Jyotish Guru, extended Dasha timelines, Muhurta reports, and palm readings. Credits are consumed the moment the feature they unlock is used.
- Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, unused Credits will expire and cannot be restored.
- Credits are non-transferable between Accounts and have no cash value outside the App.
- The price of each Credit bundle is shown at checkout. Where applicable, prices include GST.
- Credits that have already been consumed (for example, a question that has been answered, a report that has been delivered, or a palm reading that has been generated) are non-refundable.
- Credits that remain unused may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, as explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers — primarily Razorpay for web and Android payments within India, and Apple In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing for purchases made inside iOS and Android apps respectively. We do not store raw card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers.
Our primary currency is the Indian Rupee (INR). Where we display prices in other currencies they are indicative only; your bank or the respective store will convert the charge using their own exchange rate. Taxes (such as GST) are included in the displayed price where applicable and shown separately on your invoice.
You authorise us (or the relevant store) to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you purchase, including auto-renewal charges for Satya Pro until cancelled.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. In summary:
- Unused Credits may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Consumed Credits, answered AI questions, delivered reports, and already-commenced subscription periods are not refundable.
- Purchases made through Apple or Google stores follow Apple's and Google's own refund processes.
9. Content and intellectual property
All Content made available through Unlock Truth — including our charts, interpretations, written guidance, branding, design, source code, and underlying algorithms — is owned by or licensed to Indryaa E-Wellness Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use this Content strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use.
User Content. You retain ownership of User Content you create, such as your journal entries and reflections. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, back up, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and improve the App for you. We do not claim ownership of your reflections and we do not use them to train public AI models.
You are responsible for making sure that any User Content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
10. AI-generated guidance — important disclaimer
Unlock Truth uses artificial intelligence (including third-party large language models) to help generate astrological interpretations, daily reflections, Muhurta analysis, and answers from the Jyotish Guru. All AI-generated output is provided for spiritual, educational, and reflective purposes only.
AI-generated guidance is not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, or fiduciary advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI output. AI systems can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect statements.
For any material decision affecting your health, finances, relationships, career, or legal standing, you must consult a qualified professional. Never ignore or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on Unlock Truth. In case of a medical or mental-health emergency, call your local emergency services.
11. Third-party services
Parts of Unlock Truth rely on Third-Party Services that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These include, among others, Clerk (authentication), Razorpay (payments), Apple and Google (app stores and in-app billing), Anthropic and OpenAI (large language models), Sentry (error reporting), and PostHog (product analytics).
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any Third-Party Service, and we are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from their failures or outages. Your use of a Third-Party Service is governed by the agreement between you and that provider.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AS-IS. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unlock Truth is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of astrological or AI-generated results.
No guarantee of outcomes. We do not warrant that any prediction, remedy, ritual, or muhurta will produce a specific outcome. Astrology is interpretive, and your decisions are your own.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Indryaa E-Wellness Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional distress) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
13. Termination
You may terminate your Account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings or by emailing us at Together@Indryaa.com. On termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your Account with 30 days' written notice for convenience. We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, infringe our or a third party's intellectual property rights, or if required by law.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
14. Dispute resolution and arbitration
If a dispute arises between you and us, you agree first to try, in good faith, to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our Grievance Officer (see section 17). The parties will make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date the dispute is first notified in writing.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, and failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. If we make a material change, we will give you at least 15 days' notice through an in-app banner and/or email before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and delete your Account before the effective date.
17. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have designated a Grievance Officer to receive and address your complaints. You may reach the Grievance Officer at:
