Account deletion

1. Delete from the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. You must be signed in to the account you want to delete. A completed response confirms deletion of associated active app records; a pending or failed response does not confirm completion. Retry a pending request or contact support for help.
2. Request help without the app
Email support@unlocktruth.app or Growth@Indryaa.com with the account identifier and a deletion request. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
3. What deletion covers
Account deletion removes associated active app profiles, saved questions and readings, palm records, journals, preferences and other owned app records. It also blocks background work from recreating deleted history. Deletion is permanent; no seven-day recovery or undo feature is promised.
We retain limited hashed account security and purchase-replay markers to prevent revoked credentials or previously used store receipts from recreating deleted data or granting a purchase again. These markers contain hashed identifiers and minimal status information, rather than raw profiles, conversations or receipt history. Records legally required for financial, fraud or security purposes may be retained where applicable. Independent AI, authentication, payment or other service-provider records and backups follow their own retention and deletion arrangements. Account deletion is not evidence that every provider backup or log was immediately erased.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google. Manage any recurring subscription in the store account where it was purchased. Contact support about other purchase channels before deletion if you need help with cancellation or a refund request.
