Refund Policy
How refunds work at Unlock Truth.

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on Unlock Truth. Unlock Truth is owned and operated by Indryaa E-Wellness Private Limited (CIN: U52100DL2022PTC398824, GSTIN: 07AAGCI6786C1ZD), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at C-41, Basement Floor, Nangal Dewat, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi — 110070, India.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
Because Unlock Truth is a fully digital product with no physical shipping, our refund policy reflects what is delivered when, and what remains unused. We designed it to be fair to you and sustainable for our small team.
2. Satya Pro subscription
Satya Pro is a recurring subscription plan. Access to premium features is delivered immediately once payment is successful, which means the service has been provided in full for the period paid.
- No refund after payment. Subscription fees for periods that have already started are non-refundable, because access has already been granted and cannot be returned.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Account settings (or from Apple or Google store subscription manager, if the purchase was made there). You will retain access to Satya Pro until the end of the current paid period; after that, no further charges will be made.
- No pro-rated refunds. We do not offer partial-month refunds, which is standard practice across subscription products.
- Failed payment during renewal. If a renewal fails, your Satya Pro benefits will pause until a successful charge; no "top-up" refund applies.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a renewal after a confirmed cancellation), write to us and we will investigate — see section 6.
3. Credit purchases
Credits are one-time pre-paid units you buy to unlock specific features such as additional AI questions, extended Dasha timelines, Muhurta reports, or palm readings. We offer a limited refund window for Credits that you have not yet used.
- 7-day window. You may request a refund of unused Credits within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Consumed Credits are not refundable. Once a Credit has been used to unlock a feature (for example, the AI has answered your question, a Muhurta report has been delivered, or a palm reading has been generated), that Credit has been consumed and cannot be refunded. This is because the service has already been rendered and the underlying compute has already been paid for.
- Refund method. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund timelines vary by bank and payment instrument; typically 7–10 business days after approval, as per Razorpay's and RBI's refund guidelines.
- Partial use. If you purchased a bundle and used some Credits, we will refund the unused portion only, pro-rated against the purchase price.
4. In-app one-time purchases (non-Credit)
Certain features — for example extended timeline readings, specialised reports, or one-off unlocks — are delivered as one-time in-app purchases rather than Credit-based unlocks. Because the content is generated and delivered to you immediately after purchase, these transactions are non-refundable once the purchase is complete.
Where a purchase fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, we will either re-deliver the content or refund the purchase in full.
5. Failed transactions
If you were charged but the Credits, subscription, or content did not appear in your Account (typically because of a network interruption), the amount will usually be reversed automatically by your bank or by the payment provider.
- Per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, failed transaction amounts are auto-reversed within 7 business days.
- If the refund does not appear in your account within 7 business days, please contact us with the transaction reference and we will liaise with Razorpay or the store on your behalf.
6. How to request a refund
To request an eligible refund, email Growth@Indryaa.com from the email address registered to your Account, and include:
- Your full name and Account email.
- Order ID or transaction reference (from your receipt or Razorpay email).
- Date of the purchase.
- A brief reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, bank statement excerpt).
We acknowledge every request within 48 hours of receipt. We aim to process eligible requests within 15 business days. The credit back to your bank or card may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your issuer.
7. Chargebacks and fraud
If you have a concern with a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that initiate unjustified chargebacks, especially where access has already been granted or content has already been delivered, as chargebacks in such cases impose disproportionate costs on our payment providers and our team.
Repeated fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the payment network and to law enforcement.
8. GST and taxes
All prices shown in the App are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Our GSTIN is 07AAGCI6786C1ZD and it will appear on every tax invoice we issue.
When we refund a purchase, we refund the full amount you paid (inclusive of GST) to your original payment method; the corresponding GST is reversed in our books as per Indian GST law.
9. Purchases made through Apple or Google
If you purchased a subscription or in-app item through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the billing relationship is with Apple or Google respectively — not with Indryaa E-Wellness Private Limited. We are unable to directly refund store purchases.
- App Store (iOS): submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play (Android): request a refund at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
We are happy to provide supporting information if Apple or Google needs context about the purchase.
